Mohit is a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation. He has completed 3 years of his internship with KPMG (Mumbai) in the field of Indirect Taxation.

He has worked on various areas of Indirect Taxation like GST compliance, tax advisory and litigation matters, GST process audit, GST health check assignments, due diligence assignments and Customs advisory.

Some of the key assignments include:

• GST implications on setting up of new business ventures
• GST process audit and health check in IT industry
• Advised clients on various schemes under Customs and FTP such as MOOWR, duty drawback, etc.

Prior to founding Jain Periwal & Co., he was a part of PwC (Mumbai) Indirect Taxation practice.

Shubham Periwal - Founding Partner

Shubham is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation. He has completed 3 years of his internship with KPMG (Mumbai) in the field of Indirect Taxation.

He has worked on various areas of Indirect Taxation like GST compliance, tax advisory and litigation matters, GST process audit, due diligence assignments and Customs advisory.

Prior to founding Jain Periwal & Co., he has worked with clients of retail & wholesale businesses dealing in tyres, engine lubricants and filters, LPG cylinders, etc. He has experience in GST compliance & audit, TDS & TCS compliance and Income Tax audits and compliance.

Jatin Jain - Business Partner

Jatin is a Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience in the field of Indirect Taxation. He has completed three years of his internship with KPMG (Mumbai) in the field of Indirect Taxation.

He has worked on various areas of Indirect Taxation like GST compliance and was majorly working on various due diligence assignments spanning across several industries focused on analysis of existing and potential Indirect Tax liability that may arise due to non-compliance of Indirect Tax Laws.

Prior to joining Jain Periwal & Co. as a Business Partner, he has worked with KPMG for nearly 3 years post completion of his internship in Indirect Tax practise. Currently he is handling Jain Periwal & Co’s Bhilwara Branch.

Ashish Shah
Ashish Shah has 13 years of vast experience in audit and attestations work with high growth companies, large MNC's. He has experience in various industry sectors including Technology (ITEs and BPO), Media, Services and Logistics. Ashish Shah has worked on Ind-AS, Indian GAAP, IFRS, SOX/ICFR and audit of large multinational companies, listed companies and private equity backed companies. Ashish Shah was a part of Audit & Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP, Mumbai for 10 years.

Harsh Katariya
Harsh Katariya has over 8 years of experience in the field of Audit & Assurance. He has completed his 3 years of internship with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Mumbai in the field of Statutory Audit.
